WHAT IS HIIT TRAINING?

High-intensity interval training, also called high-intensity intermittent exercise or sprint interval training, is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods, until too exhausted to continue. This workout is for all fitness levels.

It will include:

  • 4 rounds
  • 9 exercises (45sec work, 15sec break)
  • 1 min break in between rounds
  • total body stretch

You will need space, water, & a mat.
